1. The camera must be on at all times during anger management sessions, even if you leave to go to the bathroom.
2. Ensure your full face to the top of your shoulders is visible in the camera at all times during the anger management program.
3. If you are outside during any batterers' intervention program, you must wear headphones or earbuds and be alone with your back against a wall.
4. Face masks are not allowed; your entire face must be visible for effective participation in anger management.
5. No walking around is permitted during the batterers' intervention program.
6. Smoking is prohibited during the session.
7. Cooking is not allowed while participating in anger management.
8. Eating a meal is not permitted during the class.
9. You must have good lighting to be seen clearly throughout the anger management session.
10. Participants must be alone; if not, ensure a wall is behind you and use headphones or earbuds.
11. No driving is allowed during anger management sessions.
12. You must not be a passenger in a car while participating in the batterers' intervention program.
13. If you are in a parked car, you must be alone and have good lighting for the session.
14. No filters are allowed at all during the session.
15. You must sit upright directly in front of the camera; lying down is not permitted during anger management.
16. Watching TV is not allowed during the meeting.
17. You must not be distracted by anything other than the group discussion during your anger management participation.
18. No children over the age of 2 are allowed in the room during parenting education sessions.
19. Participants must be dressed appropriately for the program.
20. The provider must have the defendant sign these rules at intake for the batterers' intervention program.
21. If a rule is broken, the defendant can be removed from the group with no credit given and no refund of the fee.
22. These rules are not limited and may be amended; additional rules will be added if necessary.
